Expect to be educated in a whole new way! This isn't just a Fellowship One conference anymore. DC12 will also feature training for ServiceU users, ConnectionPower churches making the transition to Fellowship One, and other Active Network products relevant to our attendees.

We're offering more sessions than ever. Your schedule will be packed out with 10 sessions, 3 keynotes and lab time with our product experts if you can squeeze it in! Choose from sessions in the following categories: Members, Volunteers, Groups, Events, Giving & Return on Ministry. Sessions will be first-come, first-served during DC12.

Getting Started with Fellowship One | Cost: $99
If you’re new to Fellowship One, this session will make getting started a snap! Learn the very basics from signing in and changing your password, to the more advanced tasks of finding people, creating groups and saving reports. This four-hour session is designed to get you up and running with Fellowship One quickly, easily and with a little dash of fun! Feel free to bring a laptop or tablet with you to class to get some hands-on access to the system.

InFellowship Congregational Portal | Cost: $99
Provide self-service tools to your members, attendees and visitors through the InFellowship congregational portal. Learn how to configure InFellowship and apply a theme to match your church website. In the second half of the class, learn how to configure and administer groups so they can be accessed through InFellowship by group leaders and members.

 

Tracking Spiritual Development and Progress
Are you struggling to come up with a plan to track a spiritual development path or a person's progress to becoming a member? Come to this class to learn easy ways to track these critical indicators of involvement and growth.

Teach me to Fish
Do you know about all the resources available to help you use and manage Fellowship One? This session is perfect for both new and experienced users to get a look at all the helpful to ls available to teach you how to use your church management system.  


Setting up a Volunteer Central
Have you put off requiring Check-in for your volunteers? This session will show you everything you need to know about setting up and running an efficient Volunteer Central at your church.

Volunteer Pipeline Part I: Creating Jobs and Requirements
This three-part class will examine how to implement a pipeline that will provide you with a steady flow of volunteers. The first session covers the importance of defining critical requirements for volunteer jobs. You will learn how to create jobs, define requirements and calculate staffing needs.


Groups Part I
The first session in this two-part class will focus on inFellowship. Learn all about the new congregational portal from the perspective of group management, including Span of Care, and group membership views.

Groups Part II
The second session in this two-part class will focus on building group types, groups and spans of care from an administrative perspective.


Configuring and Managing Confidential Activities
Does your church offer activities where involvement is sensitive and private? Come learn how to configure and manage confidential activities to enable your church to track attendance in a confidential way. Also learn some security tips and ideas for maintaining confidentiality.
