Part 1

This session will provide an overview of the Groups 2.0 application by focusing on what the leaders, members, and church staff can see and do.
    
Groups 2.0:
Part 2
Now that you've seen what's possible, this session will show you how get in and set it all up.
    
Activities: Part 1 - Foundation Learn how to set up an activity, manage assignments and all the details that go along with it.
    
Activities: Part 2 - Marketing Now that the activity is setup, you need to market it… learn how to find the right group of people, use group email and create registration forms like a pro.
    
Activities: Part 3 - Event This session focuses on the final prep, the day of, and any follow through; it includes concepts like volunteer communication, check-in, and reporting.
    
Fundamentals Think of this as Fellowship 101. This is perfect if you are new to Fellowship One but want to use it for more than a rolodex or just need a refresher.
    

Excel-erate Reporting

You will find out how to leverage Excel and Word to expand on your basic reports and make them even more powerful. In this session users will learn about pivot tables, mail merge, basic Excel formulas, and more.
   
 Reporting: More With Less
Learn the key reports that could give you the majority of the data you need. Users will leave with a list of customizable reports, know how to customize those reports and learn to leverage temporary groups with reporting.
   
 Contact Management
 Is your team following up with first-time visitors or prayer requests? If you are not using Contact Items to keep track of this information, this session is a must as we dive into setting up contact cards, automated routing, follow up, and accountability.
   
 Volunteer Pipeline
 Learn how to create a volunteer request form and manage each stage of it as your applicants discover the expectations and requirements are met.
   
 Take Action!
 Find a group of people and do something! Send them an email, change their status or demographic data, create mailing labels, create a group, and more.
