Where will the Dynamic Church Conference 2012 take place?
DC12 will be held at Prestonwood Baptist Church, 6801 W. Park Blvd., Plano, Texas 75093. Our move from a hotel venue to a partnering church provides a more affordable and intimate experience for conference attendees. Learn more about Prestonwood at www.prestonwood.org

What are the conference dates?
The Dynamic Church Conference will be held Tuesday-Thursday, May 1-3, 2012. Check-in will begin Tuesday at 9:00am and the conference will close at 3:30pm on Thursday. Pre-conference sessions will be held Monday, April 30, from 1:00-5:00pm. Pre-conference sessions are optional and some require an additional $99 registration fee.

TRAVEL AND HOTEL

How should I make air travel reservations to Plano, Texas?
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport are within 30 minutes of Plano. Several major airlines utilize these airports, including:
American Airlines
Continental Airlines
Delta Airlines
Southwest Airlines

Are there special hotel rates?
A hotel block has NOT been secured for the conference this year. The Plano Convention & Visitor's Bureau has a great list of hotels in the area at www.planocvb.com.

Where can I find information on things to see and do while in Plano, Texas?

What is the weather like in the Dallas area in May?
In Texas the weather can change quickly but in May the North Texas area averages in the 80s (Fahrenheit) during the day and 60s at night. Please check www.weather.com before you arrive.

REGISTRATION

What is the registration cost to attend the 2012 Dynamic Church Conference?

How do I register?
Please register for Dynamic Church 2012, please visit the Register page to access the RegOnline form.

What is the payment policy?
There are several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment must accompany your registration, as registrations without payment will not be processed.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you have registered but are unable to attend Dynamic Church 2012, and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another person from your church at no additional charge. Please send written notification of your change via email to dynamicchurch@activenetwork.com. You will receive a confirmation once the change has been received and processed.

What is the Dynamic Church 2012 registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing on or before April 2, 2012, will receive a refund minus an administration fee of $100. Cancellations after April 2, will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

Can I bring a guest?
Due to space constrictions, guests will not be permitted to attend any sessions or events.

MISCELLANEOUS

What should I wear during the conference?
Come as you are! However, some attendees find it helpful to bring a light sweater or jacket with them because we have limited control over room temperature during the sessions.

When does Dynamic Church 2012 begin?
The conference begins Tuesday, May 1, at 9:00am. Get there early to check out The Active Experience product and wellness expo! Optional pre-conference sessions will be held Monday, April 30, from 1:00-5:00pm. Visit the Sessions page for details.

When does Dynamic Church Conference 2012 end?
The conference will close at 3:30pm on Thursday, May 3.
