Where will the Dynamic Church Conference 2010 take place?
DC10 will be held at Prestonwood Baptist Church, 6801 W. Park Blvd., Plano, Texas 75093. The decision to move from a hotel venue to a partnering church will provide a more affordable and intimate experience for conference attendees. Learn more about Prestonwood at www.prestonwood.org

What are the conference dates?
The Dynamic Church Conference will be held May 12-14, 2010. Check-in will begin Wednesday at 8:00am. Pre-conference Quick Start will begin Wednesday, May 12, at 9:00am. Quick Start is an optional, pre-conference session that requires an additional $99 registration fee.

AGENDA AND SESSIONS

What types of tracks and sessions can I expect?
Sessions at DC10 will be identified as part of the Education Track, Consulting Track, Development Track or Breakout Sessions. The Education Track will consist of 70 education classes within the following concentrations: Fundamentals, People Management, Activity Management, Contact Management, Volunteer Management and Contributions Management. There will be 40 Breakout sessions, speakers will consist of Fellowship Technologies’ staff, product experts from leading churches and business partners.

How should I make air travel reservations to Plano, Texas?
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport are within 30 minutes of Plano. Several major airlines utilize these airports, including:

 How do I arrange ground transportation?
Shuttle service is available to and from both airports for those who don't want to deal with parking and leaving their car. Some suggested companies include:

Are there special hotel rates?
Yes, a special rate of $119/night has been negotiated for Dynamic Church Conference attendees at the Marriott Dallas/Plano at Legacy Town Center. The conference housing block will expire April 13, 2010 - one month prior to the conference. Reservations for DC10 must be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 1-800-228-9290 or 972-473-6444 by Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Please ask for the special "Dynamic Church Conference" rate.

Whom should I contact if I have questions regarding hotel arrangements or I need to change or cancel my reservation?

What is the weather like in the Plano area in May?
In Texas the weather can change quickly but in May the North Texas area averages in the 80s (Fahrenheit) during the day and 60s at night. Please check www.weather.com before you arrive.

REGISTRATION

What is the registration cost for attending Dynamic Church Conference 2010?

How do I register?
Please register for Dynamic Church 2010 through the Dynamic Church 2010 registration form.

What is the payment policy?
There are several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment must accompany your registration, as registrations without payment will not be processed.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you have registered but are unable to attend Dynamic Church 2010, and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another person from your church at no additional charge. Please send written notification of your change via email to DC10@fellowshiptech.com. You will receive a written confirmation once the change has been received and processed.

What is the Dynamic Church 2010 registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing on or before April 13, 2010, will receive a refund minus an administration fee of $100. Cancellations after April 13, 2010, will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

Can I bring a guest?
Guests will not be permitted to attend any sessions or the evening events.

MISCELLANEOUS

What should I wear during the conference?
Come as you are! However, some attendees find it helpful to bring a light sweater or jacket with them because we have limited control over room temperature during the sessions.

When does Dynamic Church 2010 begin?
The conference begins Wednesday, May 12, at 1:00pm with the Opening Keynote Presentation. There is an optional $99 Quick Start Education pre-conference focusing specifically on Fellowship One Fundamentals. Quick Start will be held Wednesday, May 12, from 9:00-11:45am.

When does Dynamic Church 2010 end?
The final sessions conclude at 11:45am on Friday, May 14. Please plan your air travel to allow plenty of time to get to the airport following the conclusion of the conference. We recommend arriving at the airport at least two hours prior to your flight departure time.
