What types of tracks and sessions can I expect?
Dynamic Church 09 will consist of 72 breakout sessions across six different tracks: Involvement, Outreach, Volunteering, Giving, Technology and Process. There will be a wide range of topics including Fellowship One best practices, beginner, intermediate, and advanced uses of Fellowship One, partner solutions, and much more. Session speakers will consist of Fellowship Technologies’ staff, product experts from leading churches, and business partners.

How should I make air travel reservations to Frisco, TX?
Please contact your local travel professional to reserve air travel for Dynamic Church 09. Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) airport is the closest major airport, and is an easy 35 minute drive to the Frisco conference center. Alternatively, the Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport is also just 35 minutes away.

How do I arrange ground transportation?

REGISTRATION

What is the registration cost for attending Dynamic Church 09?

Kick Start / Power Start is an optional pre-conference held Wednesday, from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Class sizes are limited to 15 attendees per class so sign up early to reserve your seat today.

How do I register?
Please register for Dynamic Church 09 through the Dynamic Church 09 registration form.

What is the payment policy?
There are several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment must accompany your registration, as registrations without payment will not be processed.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you have registered but are unable to attend Dynamic Church 09, and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another person from your church at no additional charge. Please send written notification of your change via email to DynamicChurch09@fellowshiptech.com. You will receive a written confirmation once the change has been received and processed.

What is the Dynamic Church 09 registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing on or before April 13, 2009 will receive a refund minus an administration fee of $150.00. Cancellations after April 13, 2009 will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

Can I bring a guest?
Guests will not be permitted to attend any sessions or the evening events.

When does Dynamic Church 09 begin?
The conference officially begins on Thursday, May 14th at 9:30am. There is an optional Kick Start / Power Start pre-conference that runs from 1:00pm – 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 13th.

When does Dynamic Church 09 end?
The final sessions conclude at 4:30pm on Friday, May 15th. Please plan your air travel to allow plenty of time to get to the airport following the conclusion of the conference. We recommend departing the hotel at least two hours prior to your flight departure time. Check out time at area hotels is 12:00 noon; hotels will store your luggage until your scheduled departure. Please see the bell desk for assistance.
