Understand a process of managing assimilation and how you can track where a person is in their journey to becoming a full-time follower of Christ. Check-in Strategies Intermediate
Are you using Check-in at your church? Come checkout all the ways our Check-in Application can be used to capture the knowledge of who is involved at your church. It's not just for kids; silly minister. It's easy and it's for everyone.

Contact Management Intermediate
This is a hands on study of Contacts, from creation to close, within Fellowship One. Topics covered include; a) creating contact types, items, forms, and dispositions, b) streamlined routing of contacts, c) managing assigned contacts, d) transferring and closing contacts, e) adding, viewing, and editing contacts, and finally, use of the Vitals tab to track the progress of assigned contacts. Come and learn how to accelerate this powerful tool within your church!

Groups 2.0 Application Beginner

With a new Groups model comes a new Groups Application for leaders and members of those groups to use. The WebLink Small Group Manager and Small Group Finder modules will one day be replaced by this new Groups Application. Come experience what is available today and glimpse the future.
Come review all of the features available in the Portal when defining Groups within the new 2.0 model. It's a completely different paradigm from the previous Small Groups model and represents the future of Groups in Fellowship One.

Ever wondered where all of those pesky duplicate individuals come from? Maybe you already know where they come from, but you’d like the best way to manage them? This Hands-On Lab is perfect for you! As we’ll work through the best practices of managing duplicates using the Duplicate Finder & Merge Individual tools along with the Report Library.

Configure and discuss how to use the various features of Fellowship One to support the needs of a multi-campus church. Learn how to manage security, activities, contact cards, contributions, attributes, statuses and reporting. Although Fellowship One doesn't have the concept of campus, you'll learn how to make it perform in a very workable manner in your multi-campus environment.

Learn how to correctly enter new data into Fellowship One, how to manage existing people data, and how to search for people in the database.

In this four hour comprehensive session, you will learn how to manage small groups from top to bottom.  Learn how to create the activity, schedules, RLC’s, and how to utilize your small group leaders to track attendance for you, and which reports are most valuable for tracking small groups.
